- Create QR codes or NFC touchpoints that redirect to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content

- Engage in phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive practices
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through any MEO feature
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our Services without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity
- Collect personal data from other users without their consent
- Use our Services for any activity that facilitates money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes
- Create content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
3. Content Standards
All content created through our platform (including micro pages, QR destinations, and NFC interactions) must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
- Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
- Not contain content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Not target or exploit minors
We reserve the right to review content and remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP.
4. Resource Usage
You agree to use our Services responsibly and not to:
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting
- Use the Services in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Store or transmit excessive amounts of data beyond your plan limits
- Use automated tools that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure
5. Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily suspending your account or specific features
- Permanently terminating your account
- Removing offending content
- Reporting the activity to law enforcement authorities
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect our Services, users, or third parties.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at meo@meonow.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including:

- URLs or identifiers of the offending content
- Any supporting evidence
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
