Delivery Information

 

Order Processing Time: Your orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. This period may be longer during campaigns and peak periods.

Delivery Time: Deliveries within Turkey are generally made within 3-5 business days. Delays caused by the shipping company are not the responsibility of our company.

Shipping Fee: Shipping is free throughout Turkey regardless of the order amount.

Shipment Tracking: You will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can track your shipment online.

 

Return and Exchange Conditions

 

General Terms

According to the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving it.

 

The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Products that are custom-made, used, or whose resale value has been compromised are not accepted for return.

 

Return Process

Simply send your return request to meo@meonow.com with your order number.

After approval, you will be sent a return shipping code. You can send the product back to us free of charge using this code.

A refund will be issued within 5 business days at the latest after we receive the product. The return process may vary depending on the payment method you used.

 

Damaged Products

If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please have the courier prepare a damage report.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours. After the product is inspected, a free exchange or refund process will be initiated.

 

Important Notes

To expedite the completion of your return process, we kindly request that you include a note with your order number along with the product.

Credit card refunds will be reflected in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
