Delivery & Return Policy

This Delivery & Return Policy applies to physical products purchased through MEO Teknoloji ve Yazilim A.S. ("MEO", "we", "us", or "our") at www.meonow.com. For SaaS platform subscription terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.

1. Delivery Information

Order Processing Time: Your orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. This period may be longer during campaigns and peak periods.

Delivery Time: Deliveries within Turkey are generally made within 3-5 business days. Delays caused by the shipping company are not the responsibility of our company.

Shipping Fee: Shipping is free throughout Turkey regardless of the order amount.

Shipment Tracking: You will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can track your shipment online.

2. Return Eligibility

According to the Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502), you have the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving it.

The product to be returned must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging with all accessories

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized
  • Products that have been used or whose seals have been broken
  • Products whose resale value has been compromised

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Send your return request to meo@meonow.com with your order number
  • After approval, you will be sent a return shipping code
  • You can send the product back to us free of charge using this code

A refund will be issued within 5 business days at the latest after we receive the product. The return process may vary depending on the payment method you used.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please have the courier prepare a damage report.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours. After the product is inspected, a free exchange or refund process will be initiated.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase:

  • Credit card refunds will be reflected in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank
  • Bank transfer refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • For marketplace purchases, refund timelines follow the respective marketplace policies

To expedite the completion of your return process, we kindly request that you include a note with your order number along with the product.

6. SaaS Subscription Cancellation

For MEO platform subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be securely deleted
